YEAH. YEAH.
I am sorry but Adam Lambert is starting to bug me. He’s different. We know. SO WHAT? Nothing new there. Every body is different so why should we care if he’s different, eccentric, whatever? Duh. He can sing but he screams like his intentions are to break the mirrors. LOL. Sick and tired of looking at these odd looking people. I wish there was a hide this person button everywhere on the internetz. LOL.
Blast me with your hater comments. Like I really care. LOL. Spam, spam, delete, delete. Hihihi.
MR. BEAR
I am so pleased that Mr. Bear is doing well with house training. He now stands by the door whenever he feels the need to pee or poop. He’s only been with us 4-5 weeks and we are *this* close to making house training perfect! We don’t trust him 100% yet because he’s still a baby. He’s going to have an accident but as long as he knows he’s not supposed to pee and poop inside, I am happy! :-) In a few weeks we are going to take him to obedience training and agility class. We want him to be a good boy and we want him to have some fun. :-) He’s just like a little kid. :-)
When we took Bear to the vet yesterday, the Vet’s assistant gave us a free 30 minute obedience training. We thought it was very helpful and we’ve seen some improvement in Bear since we followed what she told us to do. I shouldn’t say “some” improvement because it’s actually a big improvement. I am so glad and I cannot wait for the obedience classes start.
I guess I just wanted to let you know that Bear’s doing good and he’s doing well with the house training. I plan to post pics later and I think you will be very surprised at the pics. I will do that soon. :-)
Oh and I have to share this! Jonathon called every dog at the Veterinarian “BEAR!”. LOL. I think the kid is confused! We actually considered changing Bear’s name to “DAWG!” LMAO!!!
SO….
Ryan bought a computer today. Well, he paid half and then I paid half as an early birthday present. I know his birthday isn’t on until October, but he really needed a new one because his computer caught a virus. I thought that he was joking! I lost my faith in him at first because I thought it was too much of a coincidence to get a virus 5 days after we went to BestBuy! LOL. I teased him and asked if he downloaded the virus on purpose. He said he didn’t, but I dunno…. hmm… What do you think? Crafteee…. yah? :P.
As for the computer, he got an Asus brand. I think it is intended for gaming purposes. He’s really happy with it and I am really glad for him because his old computer kept freezing on him. It was very frustrating especially when he was caught up in a game! I am glad he’s got a new one. :-)
As for me, I am waiting for Windows 7. It comes out this October! Eeeeeeeeee! I am excited! Hubby said I should wait until Christmas because he thinks “Santa ♥ Baby” is working on it. We’ll see. :P
MY SON
Jonathon is so cheeky. I gave him a bit of my clementine with a bit of skin on it and guess what he did? He wiped it on me after he decided that he’s done chewing it. #_#.
I haven’t really blogged about Jonathon because I lost interest in blogging after I discovered twitter, plurk and facebook. Most of my friends online and offline are on Facebook and I thought it was so much better to update my boring life over there to bore them to tears. :P. Joke aside, I really wanted my family and friends in England and Texas to know how we are doing. Most of them are always on FB updating too. :-)
Anyhow, Jonathon’s learning a lot and saying a few words already. Like ball, Bear, mama, dada, etc. He can’t pronounce L’s and R’s yet but I think he’s working on it. :-) He’s very much into everything. He’s no longer on formula and is now eating grown up foods and whole milk! Woohoo! He loves to share food with me. He wants whatever I have. Sometimes he takes over eating my food and that for me is a problem because he doesn’t want to eat his portion when he’s done eating mine. So right now, we’re working on him eating his own portion of food.
Here he is with Mr. Bear. I love seeing them together. I already imagine them walking side by side in the future (puhon) and the tables have turned by then. Bear will be a lot bigger and weigh twice as big as Jonathon (puhon). :-)

LOOKIE!

I am currently out in the backyard waiting for the sun to come out and I found this! :-) I can’t wait for my two favourite seasons! Fall and Winter! They’re coming!
4am and I am up.
Woke up coz bear was screaming in his crate. He wanted to go to the loo! First thing he did when I opened the door to his crate was run to the kitchen door to go outside! I am very glad that he did that! Makes waking up at 4am worth it. :-)
He did both deeds when he was out and now he is back in his crate. He’s very quiet now! I should go back to sleep and stop playing with the iPhone! Duh! Good night!
P.S waking up at 4am reminds me of when Jonathon was a newborn! I am glad he no longer requires feeding during the night! Whew!
ROUTER AND NETBOOK
We need a new router because our current router sucks! Our wireless connection does not even reach our bedroom. Sucky!
Thinking of buying a netbook instead of buying a new computer. Ryan’s trying hard to convince me to get a desktop instead. He said, a netbook is kinda like an iPhone only bigger. Hmn.
PRIORITIES. NEEDS AND WANTS
Ryan, and I (and the kids) went to Best Buy yesterday to look at computers because he wants a new one and I want a new one too. The thing is, we need to prioritize. We need to buy things for the house. We have a big house but we have no furniture in it. We need a dining room set, a new bedroom furniture set for our room, end tables for the sitting room and hearth room, a fence, etc. The list goes on and on. We could get them on credit but we really don’t want to do that! Not worth it! By the time we pay the whole thing off, we’ll be old and grey! Same thing with the mortgage but at least we’ll get something back from it.
We promised ourselves not to get in debt to the point where we struggle to pay the bills. Things we don’t want to get in debt with are furniture, and most especially electronic stuff because they’re always upgrading. We might get the latest and greatest now but 6 months later, the latest and greatest is old news! :-p. I should know this. I always want the best and Ryan’s like, I dunno why you want to do that honey, there will be something better next month! Like my iPhone!!! Ugh. Still mad about the iPhone! :-p
Back to what we want and need. I am thinking that new computers should be at the very bottom of our list. The thing is though, there is a part of us that says “Screw priorities! Get the computer!” LOL. We have money in our savings and we should spend it on stuff we need. Not blow it on computers. You know, act like responsible adults or something. :-p.
I say all these things but 3 days later, we buy new computers. Ugh! If we did, we will kick our butts and then feel depressed when we look around and we have nothing to show for but the computers. LOL. I guess there is an instant cure for fake depression and that is to go out into the sunshine! :P Joke aside, I dunno. What would you do if you were us? Be nice and tell me that you’d buy the computers! :-P LOL!!!
7-10AM SUNSHINE
The kids and I, including bear, went out to catch some early sunshine between 7-9am. It was nice and the sun didn’t bite. We were told a long time ago, back in elementary, that it is good to get some sun between those hours because the sun carries vitamin D in it. It’s good for the skin and good for you if you are depressed. :-P Honestly, I feel better almost every time I go out there to catch the early sunshine. I love that I am able to do this now unlike before when we were living in the apartment. :-)
OUR BEAR
I was going to post this with the OUR HOUSE entry but bear caught the Parvo Virus. He was at the animal hospital for 5 days! We were really sad because we didn’t want him to be sick. :-(. To be honest, we didn’t think he was going to make it but he pulled through! He is a fighter! I am back to having two babies in the house. I complained before but I am not going to this time! I am glad Mr. Bear is well and up to his old tricks!!! LOL.
A week after we moved in, we got a German Shepherd puppy! We drove 2 hours to and from the breeders house to pick him up. :-). He is so cute and he’s going to be massive when he is fully grown. We saw mum and dad when we picked him up and they were massive! The breeder told us that dad is 140lbs so we’re guessing that Bear, that’s his name, will be of the same size too. Pictures and more about him after the fold. :-)
