• MIL had a great time on her birthday.
• MIL and FIL are the greatest! I love them both.
• 22 more days till baby JC is here! Omigosh!
• Wonder what’s it like to have an empty tummy?
• It’s been awhile since I didn’t feel bloated! Hehehe
• I hope I don’t suffer from Postnatal Depression.
• It’s starting to get really hot here in TX.
• I could fry an egg on the sidewalk sometimes.
• Ryan and a few others said it’s worse in the summer.
• YIKES!
• I am really nervous about having baby JC.
• I hope things will come back naturally.
• I am not looking forward to breastfeeding.
• It’s good for the baby though. :P
• I’ll use a breast pump. :P
• I want the Canon 40d
• But I already own an SLR.
• I love crocheting & knitting.
• Scrapbooking is fun too!
• I love the Hobby Lobby.
• I also love Michael’s Arts and Crafts.

I saw something really cool yesterday. I saw a bird flew into my in-laws fence. :P. As soon as it did, it fell on the ground on it’s back. I thought: what a dumb bird and I even laughed at it. :/. It laid there for awhile. I thought it was dead but then a few minutes later it started moving again. It crawled and started fluttering it’s wings. That’s when I realized that the bird was a baby and it was practicing how to fly! It was so cute.

FRIDAY:
I was so relieved when Friday came because of reasons I explained here. When hubby got home, all I wanted to do was get out of the house and stay out till midnight. :P. He took us to a restaurant called Mongolian Grille in La Frontera. The food was very good. I enjoyed my lo-mien and I am sure Ryan and Chantelle enjoyed theirs too. As usual our plates were brimming with food so we had to take the leftovers home. After the meal, I wanted a mexican vanilla ice cream so we went to Maggie Moo’s and had our fix there. Mexican Vanilla ice cream is so good. It’s my favourite next to chocolate ice cream. :D. We also went to Barnes and Noble to get Chantelle and I a book. I got her this book and I bought this book for me. I am going to read it as soon as I finish with INKSPELL. I am nearly done! We were at B&N for awhile. Whenever I am there I always end up staying for a couple of hours. I can’t help it!

SATURDAY:
Ryan and I headed over to La Frontera again because I wanted to go to the Hobby Lobby. Chantelle stayed with FIL because he wanted to drive her to Brenda’s to hang around with Chantal for the weekend. Before we went to the Hobby Lobby, we stopped by and had lunch at Serranos. Wish we went somewhere or had Taco Bell instead, because the food there wasn’t good at all, and to top it all, the waiters and waitresses weren’t really good at serving. I told Ryan to give a minimum tip. hah! {pfft}. Ryan stayed in the car while I was inside the hobby lobby. He let me spend a couple of hours there to look at art stuff and when I was finished browsing and picking what I wanted I called him to come in and pay for my stuff. Hehehe. He said he would. :P. We also went to Kohls to buy a dress for the wedding that night. The dress I picked was okay and it was on sale too. It was meant to be $50 but Ryan ended paying $25 for it. Anyway, I have to go back to Kohls once I lost the baby weight. I love it there. It’s my favourite shop! It’s like Matalan in England! Woo! That evening we went to the wedding. Ryan’s such a romantic dork. Every time the priest said something about commitment and stuff, he kept pulling me over to him and he kept squeezing my shoulders. ?_? The wedding reception was good too. It was relaxed and people were really nice.

SUNDAY:
We picked Chantelle up from Brenda’s and went out and about again. We stopped by at Ihop for brunch and then at Michaels again for more needles & yarn. They didn’t have many yarns like the Hobby Lobby though. We also went to Circuit City and Office Depot to look for Adobe Photoshop Elements. I didn’t find one though so we’re going to go back there again sometime next week. :)

So yeah, that was our weekend! I was fun. :) Ryan’s schedule is a lot better than last week. He’s able to pick Chantelle up from school again. YAY! :)

Hubby spoils me with flowers. :)

I am excited because Ryan’s going to take me and Chantelle out shopping tonight. I’ve been stuck in the house for almost a week now and I am starting to wonder what it’s like out there. LOL. I am glad I had the internet and books to keep me occupied. You have no idea how boring it’s been! I’d rather be out and about in this hot weather than being stuck here.

When baby JC is out I am really going to look into learning how to drive! If Ryan only let me, I would have started my driving lessons a couple of months ago but every time I mentioned it: “Oh no babe! You can’t! You’re too pregnant to drive. I am not going to let you. What if you crash into something? What if you hurt the baby?” He’s over protective. He doesn’t even want me to disturb JC especially when I want to talk to him when he’s not moving around! He’s like “don’t do that, you’re going to wake him up! He’s asleep.” LOL.

Back to tonight, I am really excited about going out shopping. We also plan to eat out tonight. I fancy Chinese food so we’re probably going to a Chinese restaurant somewhere around here. I am craving for general tso! mMmMm… yummy! I also fancy beef lomein! YUM! I am a piglet! :P

I can’t wait for this week to end! Ryan started his new job this week, so he had to go on training all week from 8 to 5, and because of this we had to rely on FIL to pick Chantelle up from school. I feel bad because I know how busy he is with his restaurant. He said he doesn’t mind and that he’s happy to do it. He said he wouldn’t do it if he didn’t want to. I believe him but still! I can’t help but feel like a burden. I told Ryan that I’d walk but he said that the school is way too far for me to walk. He also said that it’s too hot and that he doesn’t want me to have a premature labor. :P.

The school is about 40 minutes walk from where we live and because I am pregnant, it will probably take me an hour to get there (I walk real slow and funny these days!). So, an hour to get there and an hour to walk back home. 2 hours in total! I am not sure if I can do it especially that I can’t seem to sit or stand for longer periods plus I need the loo every 10-15 minutes. :/

After this week, things will get better because Ryan is going to work nights from 4 to 12am. He can pick Chantelle up from school in the afternoon. I hate to ask favors from anyone especially the in-laws so I will be so relieved when this week is over! Whew!
