ME: Why is she showing her legs like that. You can almost see her knickers.
RB: *turned round, neck like a giraffe*
ME: You’ll get a neck ache in a minute.
RB: That’s not fair! I am a man. That was a trap. You set me up.
ME: Huh? I was thinking out loud.

LOL.

MY SHOPPING LOG

I’ve decided that my shopping log is for registered only. I don’t want people to think that I am showing off because I am not (honest). I just like to post anything and everything on the web even my stupid green carpet. Anyway, if you are interest to see my latest purchase, email me your email address and I will register you. :)

On to a different topic, how do you disable the damn rich text editor in Wordpress. It’s annoying the crap out of me. grrr

BUTTERFLY FISH

bangus I marinated and oven grilled bangus & tilapia for dinner tonight. I didn’t want to cook but Chantelle ate the leftover for lunch today and Ryan wanted to take the other container to work so I had no choice but cook.

Ryan’s always used the grill outside but I don’t know how to use it. I used our oven grill instead. It was really easy and as you can see it came out good. It tasted good too. I love the middle part of the butterfly fish because it’s rich in flavour. Hmnn… Here are the marinade ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic (chopped into tiny pieces)
  • 1/3 soy sauce

Mix everything together, add fish and leave for 3 hours! Grill in medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until it’s cooked. I actually used the dual grill so I guessed that I didn’t have to flip it over. lol. I could be wrong though. :P. Just keep checking  until you see that it’s golden brown.

It was so easy and yummy with rice but I had butterfly fish and salad. Chantelle had the tilapia with rice and some salad. I am lucky because she eats salad. She loves tomatoes, cucumber and iceberg lettuce. lol. Lucky me!

HP & THE DEATHLY HOLLOWS

So it took awhile to read a Harry Potter book. So what? It’s not my fault that there were too many distractions like housework, job, internet, an active little girl who is currently off school. Anyway, I stayed up till 1am to read the remaining chapter and here is what I thought. I am going to put a warning just in case someone is also a slow reader like me. Heh.
